Little Nano has big potential

They made a station wagon version called the Wego but it didn't have much more in sales.

The YUGO was built in Yugoslavia at the time a Communists country ran with an iron fisred Tito. It was sold in the US but the workmanship and quality along with its reputation as a "breakdown special" soon put the car in disfavor with Us buyers and became a joke. Soon after they declared BK and all sales in the US stopped.

What a nightmare! Just when the West is realizing how destructive our wasteful lifestyle is, here come half a billion more cars. It would be hypocrisy to tell the Indians not to do this -- if we can trash the planet, why can't they? The Nano means more waste, more oil consumption (and the wars that go with that), more death and destruction. Cute design, though.
