well i guess what you are saying is if you are not a donutpuncher then you have no redeeming quilities.ADA may be a little dim but cant blame the guy for speaking his mind , anymore if you are not handicapped or flaming then you are considered a bad guy.Ive got an idea if the establishment is not handycap accesable then go somewhere else.Shound a five hundred pound guy who cant fit in the booths at an applebees sue because hes to big

No one uses their logic when they read these, do they?

I never said that unless you are gay (donutpuncher? who's the **** now?) you have no redeeming qualities. I simply meant that ADA is such an ****, that if he was gay, that would be a redeeming quality for him.
As for the 500 pound man? Eating at Applebee's he should reconsider his diet.

If they submit a business plan to correct the repairs over time it satisfies the requirements of the ADA and title 24. And all repair costs is tax deductable. and yes the property owner is responsible as he rented a commercial property that was out of code compliance. but it is up to the business owner and the property owner to bargain about who fixes what.

Knowing a resturant owner that had his business shut down, I've personally seen the devastation to ones life and business..
He was told he had to hire only a state Disability approved contrator for the job cost $45,000.00
Bids from local contractors, frequent customers, and also people who offered to volunteer, the cost $2,000.00, for the same exact work....
This is what they do to small businesses cheat them on cost and leave them in the cold.

That's still wrong. Being gay isn't a redeeming quality unless you are one of those shallow people that stereotypes everybody you meet, which you seem to do.
