If someone commits a crime, and you do not report it, and do everything in your power to assist in apprehending the criminal, you should be charged as an accessory. If you are not breaking the law I truly doubt that a Deputy is going to go out of his way to charge you. If you are a crook and you get robbed and then you get cught, that is your fault for being a crook.

Former Blue Lake Police Chief David Gundersen’s ex-wife testified Tuesday about details of their custody battle and allegations that she formulated a plan to have him arrested to benefit her in the custody decision.
She gave details about allegations of rape during their marriage that she made against her husband and her interactions with Darcie Seal, who is the alleged victim in this trial and Gundersen’s current wife.

In regard to an alleged conspiracy to have Gundersen arrested for the sake of the custody battle, Gundersen’s ex-wife testified that there was “no plan” to use nude photographs Seal found on a hard drive against him for that end.

That conflicts with previous testimony by Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Dave Morey, who testified on the first day of trial that there was a plan developed by Gundersen’s ex-wife to give the hard drive to her family law attorney, Joan Gallegos, for possible future use.

On that topic, Gundersen’s ex-wife testified that she did converse with Joan Gallegos about alleged rape by Gundersen and that she had talked to her husband and Humboldt County District Attorney Paul Gallegos about a willingness to prosecute.

Gee, read the news this morning folks. Seems Darcie lied again about what she told her attorneys and what they told her. Was she coerced into telling her attorney that Gundersen said he would have her killed if she testified against him? Is her bizarre and contradictory testimony because she is terrified he wlil have her killed. I think most women would know if someone had sex with them while they were unconscious. Maybe they couldn't prove it without lab tests, but we would know. And according to the ex, he admitted it.

It seems that the only liar right now is the ex, who stuipdly denyed that which had been already admited to on the stand by her once and her boss. Then of course you have the Lieing DAs wife who said she never talked to the ex about gundersons case , now it comes out she did.
Now what is Paul going to do he is now a wittness that needs to appear to testify.
I think it is going to come out that the other things darcie said were true too, the light is finally being case on this pig of as DA who is only trying to further his own cause. This is a travesty , the judge needs to now move for a mis trial and get the Calif att general involved. Gallegos can not procicute this now what is he doing?does he even know?
