I didn't miss your point, I simply ignored it as a baseless argument. The US constitution does not cover, nor does it intend to cover, citiznes of a foreign nation. The Bill of Rights was written to secure the rights of US citizens and those who visit or migrate to our country legally (all people, not just whites). Natural rights, as you describe it, do not exist, period. The only rights guranteed on this planet are the Rights that each individual country has written into law. The only natural right which is universal is death, as no one can govern it. No where does it state that special favor or rights shall be provided to foreigners who are here illegally. Thus, your point is mute. There is no country on earth where a foreign national can illegally immigrate and instantly expect the same rights and favor afforded to the citizens of that country. When the day comes where all borders are voided and everyone on earth lives under the same laws, you may have a valid point.

The argument of exploitation is in parts valid, but ultimately invalid. Yes, illegal immigrants are not being paid the federal minimum wage. No, they are not offered insurance benefits and healthcare benefits. To an American citizen, this would be exploitation. Although, you must take into account the situation as a whole. These people are living and working illegally and by their actions, they are not following the federal work laws. Thus, if the person is not working legally, why should they expect legal compensation? They made the choice to come here illegally and work, so they must take what they can get. If they do not like it, they are more than welcome to go back home at any time. It really is that simple. If you buy a stolen car, do you expect a bumper to bumper warranty?

You are spending too much time debating the great evil, which is the US. What you should be doing is debating the root of the problem, which is the Mexican government. The US citizen did not create the problems in Mexico, nor should we be the ones to fit the bill for their problems. Instead of standing up for the Mexican immigrant, why not stand up for the Mexican citizen? Ultimately, you are blaming the wrong people.
