It's not about you and your insults. You seem to be afraid of addressing this young man being murdered - he was tasered 9x while handcuffed - the last two times while he was unconcious. You obviously think it's ok - that hey bad things like this happen in all countries. You have a lack of respect for humanity and law.

This dumb **** put himself in this position. He ran from and resisted an officer who was enforcing a court order to take him into custody. I wonder how many times this clown was arrested before this incident? How many times he fought the police before? When one gets a reputation for resisting, officers are more likely to use force. Cops in small towns know who are the trouble makers. Odds are this officer and this criminal have met before. All this could have been avoided if he had simply stopped and complied with the officer's commands.

I see your point - the less racial tension the better and stirring up trouble in other peoples lives just a'nt righteous. I think the Tribune put the racism spin on it to get more readers to pay attention. Their circulation is down and they think this kind of stuff will sell better. I appreciate the press and wish they would spend more quality time and print space addressing the specifics of just how corrupt, and economically harmful the local governments here in Crook county are.
The governor of Illinois just offerred to have the National Guard and State Police sent up to police the streets of Chicago. Second hand I heard that the Mayor's reaction was "what's he talking about". On the other hand I tried to talk on my cell phone at a local pool the other day and the powers that be told me I'd be permanently barred from the pool if I continued talking on my cell phone. So for me Chicago has become the place where I grew up and my heart loves it- but I don't live here year round anymore - I voiced my opinion with my feet.
Power Peace and Love - thank God
you knuckleheaded fool! I'm glad that the "powers that be" threatened to ban you from the pool because you were talking on your cell phone! It's disrespectful **** like you that probably drive a car and talk on a cell phone too....tying up traffic and causing accidents with your ignorant attitude!

Most departments require officers to be tasered themselves before carrying a taser. It doesn't hurt that bad, and their use prevents injuries to officers and prisoners. When someone decides to fight when being arrested, they get what they have got coming. If they continue to fight or resist, they get more. This clown had a warrant for his arrest. A warrant is a court order to take someone into custody, it is not a suggestion. As the comedian says, if the police have to chase you down, they are bringing an **** kicking with them.
Let's see: a cop with a penchant for tas'ing people, going against department protocol......going against manufacturer instructions against repeated tasing in a short time period.....I THINK that your cop is going to be heading to prison for CLOWN KILLING. He'll be a piece of sweet meat to get PICKLE-tasered in the showers!

You are backwoods Sleaze-port and have no idea what you are talking about. While now a Chicagoan, I lived in the South 18 years, attended university in Alabama, etc. Certainly Chicago has its problems but they're among those found in the majority of metropolitan cities of the world. Louisiana, historically and to date, is the most backwards state in the union, the armpit of not only the South but the country as a whole. Sad.

Man you've got a big mouth when Chicago in ILLINOIS has the record of the most corrupt officials in the whole world. Shut up till you have something intelligent to say. I guarantee you there is more racism in Illinois than there is in Winnfield, La. This cop will be prosecuted.
I know about Chicago but come on Louisiana has a very long history. And for you to say "most corrupt officials in the whole world" I just need to say one name LONG. As racism goes in ILL no its Louisiana that tops that one. When people who would not go before a storm hit and your black officials did not a thing. Once it over you state says it the white folks that made the black people stay. It the white people that did not help fast. Are the people there just too dumb or is it to lazy that they can not help themselves. Audrey, Betsy, Camille, Andrew, Katrina, and Rita all cat 3 or bigger but its the last two that get me. Over two million people in the Gulf region after Katrina needed help. But the folks in Louisiana needed the most. Why, because you live below sea level and did not have the mind to get to higher ground or move in land. Did the people in Mississippi cry and call every one a racist, no they got to work rebuilding. So please stop a lot of people are just sick of hearing from the racist cry-babes from Louisiana. Call me names if you want I do not care. I'll say the same thing that I say about Ill and Chicago if you keep putting criminals in office that's all your get.

I'm white and old. I've seen the wrong committed against black people up close. Those people I don't condone or respect in any way. Don't judge us all that way please. I hope they fry this white cop, and fire the black chief for not doing his job keeping the cop on duty after he killed that boy.
We can only hope the fire them. What they did is wrong.

African? You don't want to get into a discussion about education in this country do you m*o*r*o*n? If you white folks had not spent so much time preventing black folks from getting an education back in the day (George Wallce), or imposing such draconian oppression on black people, maybe more would have gotten an education. And look where all that s*h*i*t started, in the SOUTH. You are propbably a transplanted blue collar hillbilly from the south and don't know any better.
So your going back forty years. And you still say its the white people holding you back, I think its now the black people holding themselves back. A lot of black men need to stop planting their seed and start taking care of their kids in Ill and Louisiana.

you know corruption is everywhere and goes back to ..forever. Hell, where I live, a cult runs the state. I bet that each and everyone of you could think about the town(city) you grew up in, the parish(or county) and the state and come up with a pretty long list yourselves. My Dad grew up during Huey's reign and while it may not overshadow the bad things, he also did give the state alot of things that it didn't have before-Roads,School books for children, etc. It's good to bring corruption to light, but it isn't good to exploit any of this for your own ego-personal gain. This may help straighten out some of the problems in Winnfield by bringing them to light. But pitting people against each other by screaming racism is of no help..

You may be correct, but LA is not far behind or hardly exemplifies any progressive thinking, so save it dude. I hate it here and hope to leave soon. Only someone who does not live in the South or has moved here from anywhere else can truly see it for what it is.
I know what you mean lived 12 years in the south. The racism is bad there and its the hate of the blacks towards the whites. I buy a old home to fix up. Worked ten hour days and then worked on the home. And I black guy told me I had a silver spoon up my **** because my folks had money. My mom would like some of that money. I had a black girl yell at me in my front yard because I was not going section 8. So ask me why I think the south is racist and would the south please take back rev jackson.

The major problem with public education today is integration. Before the Brown vs Board decision, American students led the world. Now curriculum must be geared for the slowest students. Time is taken from instruction to deal with the discipline problems. Gangs run the schools. Yet Brown is cited as "progress" by progressives. What a joke. If the high school dropout in this story had spent his energy getting an education instead of dealing drugs and running from the police, he would still be alive today. But why should he bother. It is much easier to be a thug.

I went back that far because that is here it started. White folks love to conveniently forget stuff when it shines a bad spotlight on them. The sthings taht went on then are in direct relation to how things are now. Yes you are correct, black men should take care of thier kids. That goes for anyone of any race. Newflash Jim-Bob, there are more white folks on welfare than blacks. Try getting a job in Mississippi. Education and credentials, both of which I have, mean nothing here. It's who in the good ol boy network that you know that gets you a job. In 2008 at that!. See what I mean? So preach that self righteous BS to me.

No one ever said racism does not work both ways. It does. But lets look at where it started. Ok? reread your history. And not the doctored up books that leave the truth out.
