If Obama runs as a black man he loses - much smarter is to run as a healer and unifier. A competent white male Democrat (Al Gore, Evan Bayh) would beat McCain in a landslide, but racism and idiotic Rev. Wright make Obama's chances far from certain.

Why do they always concentrate that Obama is black? He is as much as black as he is white. Race for that matter is a social construct, being black makes you as much different from another person as that person having green eyes and you blue.

"What you won't hear from this campaign or this party is the kind of politics that uses religion as a wedge...."

Except, of course, his comment that religion is a crutch for bitter, disenfranchized people, as he famously said less than a month ago. Why doesn't the press ever ask him about his comments? How deep in their pockets is he anyway?

This was a rigged nomination for Obama. Sen. Clinton never stood a chance of winning the nomination. This was indicated by the early calls for her to drop out and ended with almost all of the sabotaging, uncommitted superdelegates, showing no integrity, endorsing Obama. OBAMA GOT THE NOMINATION BECAUSE OF A RIGGED, CORRUPT DEMOCRATIC PARTY.

Hillary Clinton supporters should work for Obama's resounding defeat and vote for McCain. I will volunteer and vote for McCain in a swing state.

The pro-Obama biased media simply reflected the rigged innards of the Democratic Party against Sen. Clinton.

A crushing defeat is needed to repudiate the rigged, corrupt Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party is in need of radical reform with the elimination of the superdelegates, the caucuses, and the proportional allocation system.

You've got data to back this up? Perhaps in the 50's and 60's southern democrats supported clan, but I don't really think that any of the liberal ideals are clan's ideals. I suspect that clan might try and start race riots. Ignore them.

Like Oprah said, I support Obama not because he's black, but because he's BRILLIANT!

Too little. Too late. Too much sexism and race-baiting from Obama's camp to make a difference. Too little counting of actual votes. Too many convoluted rules to slice up delegate "apportionment." Too much Rezko. Too much Wright. Way too much Pflegler. Too much Dailey Machine Corruption.

The single most important task for Obamma is to address the facts that American cities are bogged down with Black crime, and low level of Blacks graduating from highschool. And beyond that we've no use for him.

One thing's for sure, we have a lot of problems to solve.

But no matter what color a man (or woman) is, if they are racists, if they support racism, if they send large federal grants to racists, if they dedicate books to racists, let their children sit on the laps of racists, spend hundreds and hundreds of weekends with racists, sit on various boards with racists, sit and listen to racists rant, rave and deliver hundreds if not thousands of hateful, hurtful and racist messages, and doesn't do a thing about it until only AFTER his racist friends are all over the headlines day and night for weeks and months, that man or woman doesn't deserve U.S. citizenship, let alone be called "Mr. President."

It is indeed a sad day for America when the best candidate the Democratic Party can put forth is just such a person. The Democratic Party ought to be ashamed of itself. Very ashamed.

Using your way of thinking, there are plenty of people who's citizenship should be taken away before Obama. By the way, I understand the big problem with Rev. Wright's speech, but to call him racist is a stretch. First of all, he has no power. He cannot use racism as a tool to stop the advancement of a group of people.
