People complain about Chesapeke and Rex energy tearing up stuff. Now they complain about a harmless walking trail. People want change but I think they like the complaining more than anything else. I wish I had a walking trail close to me instead of the constant vehicle traffic you have to avoid long the roads.

Mr Opinion,

Welcome to Carroll County where we live in 1960. People like this are the reason the lodge never will work. There is nothing wrong with adding these facilities. Things like this are what we need in Carroll County. Go look at most of these people's homes and then you'll realize who you are delaing with.

This sounds like an episode of Parks and Recreation, especially the episodes which show Leslie dealing with idiot yokels.

I've used rail to trail bike paths all over the state of Ohio. It's sad Carrollton area doest have one. Bike tail bring a lot of additional revenue to the small businesses in the areas. Go ride the Scio trail. We always stop for ice ream and gas when we are there
Go ride the trail in Lisbon. Its beautiful. Go ride the Miami trail. Its breathtaking. Google t
Rails to trails a.d see what our state has to offer! Most we built with local donations with state matching fund. The upside is increased tourism and increased business. Its a rare occasion that people living along these trails have any problems.

Looks like most of those fat people should
get up off their behinds and walk a little.
Maybe that would help reduce health care cost.

I am one of the people who ride and walk the trials, and yes it does bring business. We need more trails, families can get out and move and it's good for everyone.

If you look at the addresses of the previous posters, none of them actually live in one of these small neighborhoods. Of course they wouldn't mind a trail going right past your door. Maybe their dogs could even leave us a present or two....they will be back at their homes in the city later that evening. Litter only bothers the residents.
This is not to mention the fact that many of residents are docking association members. Wouldn't it be nice and convenient for a those that may like to help themselves to your boating accessories and then dash up to the next neighborhood.
Keep 542 as the south side bike trail-It's there and it's paid for.
