Surprise surprise. The "totally innocent" Britnee Blair who pleaded not guilty to the murder of Kelly Tiller is being charged with ANOTHER violent crime. This ought to help convict her for murder since it is obvious that she is a violent person. Kudos to Britnee for digging her own grave!

Beta 2 is not a lock down unit. It is made up of bunks in an open dorm. So why is Blair, a murder suspect, being housed there? She is a maximum security inmate, but she is being housed in a minimum security unit. There is no officer in the unit and there are no cameras to watch the inmates that are in the unit.

Well I'm glad you lame jerkoffs have no life and can waste your days talking crap about someone completely amazing and undeserving of all this.
And just because she got in a fight doesn't mean anything, like YOUVE never got in a disagreement or fight before, like YOUVE never had a semi-violent outburst. YOU try being jailed for over a year with no trial and have to deal with all the morons that do deserve to be there and -not- get into any altercations. You weren't there, and you don't know what happened.
Leave my Sammy alone.

meh, thanks for the correction.

And she's not a "murderer", she's my sister - the only thing that girls guilty of is being addicted to drugs.

Let me back up. First of all, I'm sorry for the pain and suffering that you must be going through. I cannot fathom it. But what I can fathom is the pain and suffering of a family that has lost a loved one to the hands of someone else - be it murder, manslaughter or what have you. But to say that the only thing she is guilty of is being addicted to drugs is a little naive, don't you think?

To you, she is "amazing and undeserving" (I am assuming you are referring to when she is/was sober). To Kelly's family, she is a murderer. She ended his life with her own hands.

The bottom line is... she had no right to take his life and both your family and his family is suffering. I put myself in your shoes and asked myself, "How would I feel if that were my sister?" My answer is, "I would be sad and hurt and angry." Please, all I ask is that you put yourself in Kelly's family's shoes and ask yourself the same question. Then, and only then, will you be able to feel the compassion and empathy that I felt when doing so.

Drugs are powerful and evil. They turn completely "amazing and undeserving" people into something they weren't before. Once again, I am sorry for your pain (and I apologize if I hurt your feelings). At least you can still talk to her, kiss her, hug her... but Kelly's family will NEVER have that luxury again. Hopefully both families will someday be able to heal.

I know enough to know that Sam, "IE BRITNEE BLAIR" was the one convicted of voluntary manslaughter. It doesn't matter what she was like before this, she is now a murderer in the eyes of the law and will now answer to a number instead of a name. She has nobody but herself to blame for this.
Who cares
