Thannks Michael, so big time lawyer donating to politicians. I get it. Another favor will be given to him and his DUI will be a wash!

The rest of us would have our lic. revoked, higher insurance premiums, attend classes.

He will have a mini-trial with a lawyer who says it just wasn't true.

I served as a juror on a DUI trial and the defense attorney tried to say that the breathilizer was malfunctioning even though the Foster City cop who pulled the guy over did so because his driving was all over the map.

We convicted........

MADD mom, where was it reported, As of this AM I can't find one article about it. Not one comment from our District Attorney's Office Steve Wagstaffe or James P. Fox. Not one statement from our Sheriff Greg Munks and no booking photo.

There will not be a mini trial. There is no record of this in the San Mateo County Criminal Computers. The Sheriff's Office would not comment on this. I have sent e-mails to James P. Fox and Lt. Ray Lunny of the SMSO re: this matter.
