Trial is on for May 11. Will Ayres make a plea deal?

I bet Ayres is just as anxious as Phil Spector to have the verdict in. Then Doron Weinberg will focus on what to do for Ayres. If he makes a plea deal......well he is so damn old now it could still send him to the pokey for life. I wonder how his finances are holding out. I recently read the case where he sued the PPA medical group when they claimed they could not find his malpractice insurance policy. It then says the old feeble Ayres who is handicapped went to the storage place where PPA kept records and found it himself. The lawsuit said he had suffered, emotionally, physically etc. By the time he found his policy which was assumed lost he had already lost ten of thousand of dollars in legal fees to Putterman (his lawyer at the time). The insurance company responded that all his problems were brought on by him and he was responsible. Named in the suit was Dr. Jeffrey Weiner. I wonder if he was the one who told Ayres the policy was lost. Maybe his associates didn't want to look that hard.......Ayres must have really wanted that policy if he fit his tubby handicapped self in a storage bin to go through boxes.

Jane - there's a second lawsuit Ayres filed that was settled in October. I think it was against the insurance company and the law firm. Wonder what happened there?

What will Moron Weinberg dream up to move the ayres trial this year? I'm sure that whatever it is will be just trivial enough to be offensively insulting once again.

Yes, Jane Doe is listening...unfortunatley I have not seen Ayres and Solvieg anywhere......they no longer frequent Il Fornaio, or Kincaid's. Yesterday I was at a restaurant on Burlingame Avenue as well as today, no sighting of him aynwhere of late. One of the last times I saw him with Solvieg he was parked in front of the Burlingame post office on Park, just using a handicap space......perhaps a new car or in hiding these days. I cannot imagine there would be another delay past June 1, 2009!
