For the measure of your judgment, God will judge you.

Lord have mercy on our sins and the sins of our nation.

God is bringing everything to an end and here we are, complaining about money. When will our selfishness ever end? For the love of money is the root of all evil...and not one of us can say that we have not let that root grab hold of us. That is why we are here, recklessly ranting.

It is surprising to see the very people who took part in this "scam" are now doing nothing but grumbling. Take a step back and re-evaluate the situation. Every person who participated in the real estate industry in the past five years took a risk using sub-prime mortgages to pretty much buy greed. Most, if not all real estate companies took advantage of the housing market and now look at where it is:

Currently and still growing there are:

131,000 default notices.

1200 homes being foreclosed on each day in California.

7.5 million foreclosures for the USA.

Take your focus off one company and look at the economy as a whole. The whole nation is suffering, millions of people are suffering right now and we as citizens can not just sit there and shift the blame on any one financial institution. The only one to blame is ourselves. Please be the bigger person here and think about that for a moment before you think to be like a whining child. One would like to think mere adults could act with a little more self-respect.

Every person writing on this wall is culpable. It is not necessary to point fingers; instead look at yourself first. Not the company nor the founder is to blame. Every financial industry is risky and any logical business person should know what they are getting themselves into.

Now is not the time to spread unnecessary rumors and gossip; especially when no one has the right facts straight. All that you have heard has been lost in translation and so there is no valid reason to rant like a person of self-pity would. Please, do yourselves all the favor of taking the time to do something positive for our nation like pray for God's mercy and guidance instead of wasting your time spreading hate. The frustration and deceit you all feel is normal, any person may feel that way. But there is no point in soaking in it. Get up and be the better person. Now is the time for people to stand with integrity and hope. Judgment is coming to all of us. God is judging every one of us...so humble yourself before Him and allow Him to do the judging because He is bigger than all of us. His knowledge surpasses all human understanding. Please, I encourage you all to ask the Lord for His forgiveness and that He would sanctify and cleanse out every company in America to be a company that is rooted and grounded in His love.

Dear Simon,
Don't bite the hand that feed you fat!
You earned so much from your downlines, licensed and non-licensed, and now turn around blaming the broker. First you complaint that it takes too long for a non-licensed to get their license and it takes too long for them to earn so the broker applied to get a license to hire them under Corporate Finance License to be compliant. Now you point the finger to him? come on! be honest to yourself! The broker did not point a gun to anyone to make them join, buy homes, get license, get commission, be your downlines! Most of the managers are the ones who push their people so they can make money and now not making anymore money they blame the broker! Be mature and responsible, stop blaming others and stand up to help your own victims!

I was invited to one of their free seminars by someone I know. Mili was planning to open an office in my town and was looking for a licensed agent to run it, so I went. I have to say, their concept was very appealing and sky was the limit. However, somehow I just had a gut feeling that not everything was presented to me or there was a "CATCH." It was like, "It's too good to be true." And the first thing taught in my Investment course in college was that, "When something is too good to be true, it's not." The Mili Group fell into that catagory for me. "Thank God" they couldn't match my commission split from my currnet broker.

Well should he be named Superman or Superpower for all this USA crisis?
SUPERMAN CUONG DO IS THE BLAME FOR THE WHOLE NATION CRISIS? Come on, blame yourself for being greedy!
DEAR NEXT SCAMMER:
I don't think Cuong Do is to blame for the whole Nation. I think you're sarcasim isn't funny right about now. I am an agent owed over $40K in commission. If you were in my shoes, you'd agree with the people here that MILI is a scam AND CUONG DO IS A SCAMMER! He's received numerous emails from me concerning my commission and has he bothered to touch his heart and say, "I owe this agent his/her commission and no I shouldn't keep it %100" OFF-COURSE NOT, He don't care for doing the right thing first of all NOR does he care for my situation that that was hard earned money that I made his company but because he's the one with the broker license, he choose to scre me over. P.S. I know numerous amount of agents that are owed commissions that GREEDY CUONG DO has kept. So don't be to sure of yourself and talk against us that release frustration and share this scam with others to prevent them for being scammed.

I'm owed over $40K in commissios. Coung Do won't answer my calls and emails. I made him money and want/need my part. BECAUSE he isn't paying me my part I am forclosing 2 and soon to be 3 properties. Mili's concept sounded good and I did it 100%(which Ii regreat) but you are right, nobody forced me and especially not Cuong Do. But he's kept MY COMMISSION which was my reserves to make ends meet. Do you still think so highly of your master?

Very interesting comments. I was a member of the MILI group for several years. I don't know how they are doing now, but they were very useful and fair to me. Mr. Cuong Do even sponsored a division for me. He paid all rent and overhead. Never late on a payment. The line of services they provided helped me to purchase an excellent portfolio. Using the more risky loans to acquire more properties. Then refinancing to more stable loans once my properties produced a cash flow. Excellent training, fair loan fees. The MILI group was very good to me. That's my experience.
