Cuong Do a Mortgage Broker of the Mili Group in San Jose California has a MLM company that pays unlicensed people commissions for bringing loans then issues them a W-2, pretending that they are "processing" employees, when they are not. New recruits are urged to buy multiple properties and listed each one as an owner occupant, then has them prepare fake documents to get loans from lenders using power option arm mortgage loans, ultimately these loans are foreclosed upon because the properties sold to the MLM recruits are overpriced properties from desperate Developers that "inner commissions of 20% of the purchase price is paid to the Mili Group under the table to a Mili Marketing Company.- This is a public outrage!

Con artists like Cuong Do the Mili Group particularly financial con artists who specialize in big cons such as High-Yield Investment Programs, Multilevel mortgage scams, phony Investment Clubs, are above average in intelligence. They are self-educated, and know how to be extremely sociable, although they are anti-social which means lacking any social conscience. Their charm and sincerity are empty of any real concern -
They have the innate ability to juggle several balls at once without missing a beat. They easily compartmentalize their different characters, victims, and on-going scams. Gifted with an exceptional memory, the Cuong Do can access each current script with the speed of a computer; and he cannot quite remember a fact (or lie), he can dance around the lapse so convincingly that you will seldom, if ever, notice.
I do not mean to portray the Cuong Do as a Superman, only as a formidable foe or an Evil Mastermind.

This is total defamation of character! I have known this man for 8 years now. More than anyone in the company. People have their own minds and veer off track them selves. I have notes from 7 years ago reflecting people to make sound decisions based on cash flow and economy of scale. Real strategies that are easily ignored by the lure of housing appreciation, people fall in to the single family trap. There are always people that get them selves in trouble by "doing what ever it takes to close the deal." These people are everywhere. They deserve what they get. Mr. Do has never suggested anything immoral or unethical. People have too much time on their hands here to create such abuse of an open forum. There is no other company that has this many opportunities to help embrace the true entrepreneur at the same time truly helping people make it happen. In a good way. Free Will is what it is. Independent Contractor mentality taken too far, then come back and blame someone else. Very convenient.
If there is an attack, it may be upon someone’s manager or associates. Not the CEO. Besides... Virginia? And if it is the Simon I know... Come on man, You know better.

As a Real Estate Broker that was recently introduced to them, I have great reservation with their ideology, tactics and philosphy. The owner is a virtual resemblance of the UN. A third world country leader trying to pretend to compete and profess legitimacy by scamming and conning his people to get to the top.
Advocating everyone to remortgage their homes to buy a few more and being forced to use his mortgage company and real estate company is ingenuous. To bad it is also against the law.

I like Mili. Its just about to go bankrupt. By my estimation, the company wont last for another 2 months. Thats why I have been pushing everyone to come over to FDI! I saw this coming since last year!

Come on! Be brave! If you want to speak, then speak in front of the person. Do not use this forum to insult the company that gave you so much knowledge. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Agents who closed deals from November, 2007 hasn't been paid yet. Almost 4 months to-date! I heard approximately about 800K in agents' commissions used to pay the CEO's (Cuong Do's) debt and withhold agent's money. I wonder if the company will file Chapter 11. Does the DRE has the power to force him to pay agent's commissions?
Can somebody enlighten the agent's who are still with the company?

All Of the agents are getting paid NOW And Currently there in a third Party that deals with the checks now. The company will not file chapter 11 because of the loyal agent that are still with the company. all of the agents know of the prolems because he has told us all I know that i speak for alot of the agents when i say that we stay with the compnay and support our broker.

I'm one of the investors whom MILI helped purchased properties in Arkansas. I just closed 2 properties one in December and one in February, now we are receiving liens after liens. What a nightmare!

MILI owes me money, and as for saying anything to his face, Absolutly. If the FRAUD pays for my ticket and hotel personally, I'll be on the plane today. Me and I am sure thousands of other people. He's in hiding now. It appears he found his way back to his favorite rock for hiding.

What strikes me funny is how these people were emphasizing integrity in there presentations. So much for "doing as you preach". Wasn't he at one time a minister, like reverend MOON?

Boy am I laughing now....

HEY, AVENGER??? DID YOU DRINK THE BROKER'S PiSS TO COMMENT SO GALANTLY FOR miLi SCAM? ARE YOU NOT AWARE THAT miLi TAKES AWAY ALL OF YOUR COMMISSIONS + MAKE YOU PAY $60/MONTH (EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY TRANSACTIONS) AND LITERALLY NONE FOR YOU!!! THERE ARE A LOT OF AGENTS BE IT IN INSURANCE OR REAL ESTATE WHO WERE NOT PAID OF THEIR COMMISSIONS SINCE SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR 2007!!! COMINGLING OF FUNDS IS A CRIME, "AVENGER" -DIDN'T YOU KNOW THAT? I KNOW MORE THAN "5O" PEOPLE LOST OVER $120K IN COMMISSIONS TO CUONG DO AND UPPER MISSED-MANAGEMENT! "AVENGER" - IMMERSED YOURSELF IN THE ARTIC AND COME BACK TO REALITY.

I REALLY DO WONDER THAT UNTIL NOW, THERE WERE NO NEWS TO THE MEDIA REGARDING "the miLi Group Inc." NOT PAYING OVER $815,000.00 TO AGENTS' COMMISSIONS SINCE LAST YEAR. AND IF YOU ARE NOT A DIRECT DOWNLINE OF "CUONG DO"-THE BROKER; IT MAYBE YOUR IDEA BUT YOUR PROJECT'S COMMISSION GOES TO HIM AND NONE FOR YOU!!! WHAT A SAD WAY TO MAKE A "BUCK" !!! BEWARE OF FALSE PROPHETS! WHO DISGUISES MARKETING STRATEGIES AS "GOD'S COMPANY"

Mili Group is a classing multi level marketing pyramid scheme.

They prey on immigrants and the uneducated.

Cuong Do is a scam artist who came from the World financial group and is using the same pyramid scam from WFG to mass recruit people who don't know any better.

I WAS WITH THE MILI GROUP FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. I TRULY BELEIVE THIS COMPANY HAD THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A POWERHOUSE OF INVESTORS HOWEVER THERE WERE CERTAIN PEOPLE IN PLACE AT THE TOP POSITIONS THAT DID NOT CARE TO WASTE THEIR TIME WITH ALOT OF THE NEW RECRUITS UNLESS THEY HAD TRANSACTIONS GOING ON. BECAUSE IT WAS A MLM COMPANY THEY FOCUSED ON MASS RECRUITING AND PREFER QUANTITY OVER QUALITY. I AM IN NO WAY ANGRY WITH COUNG DO. HE CREATED AN OPPURTUNITY FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON TO POSITION THEMSELVES TO POTENTIALLY BECOME A MILLIONAIRE IN A SHORT SPAN OF TIME. BEING A 19 YEAR OLD MINORITY ALOT OF THIS INFORMATION IS KEPT FROM US AND I AM GLAD TO HAVE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE OF BEING IN THIS TYPE OF COMPANY AS IT HAS HELPED ME LAUNCH MY VERY OWN SUCCESSFULL BUSINESS. I AM HOWEVER UPSET WITH THE FACT THAT THEY KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR AND DIDNT BOTHER TO SAY ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY TRIED TO FORCE FDI ONTO EVERYONE TO TRY TO COVER UP THE FACT THAT THE COMPANY WAS IN A DOWNFALL. AND THEN WHEN ALL THE CROSS RECRUITING BEGAN THATS WHEN THE DESPERATION BECAME VISIBLE, AND IT WAS EVIDENT THAT THE COMPANY HAD RUN ITS COURSE. FOR THOSE WHO PURCHAHSED HOMES OR CLOSED DEALS AND DIDNT GET PAID I FEEL YOUR PAIN I DIDNT MY CHECKS FOR NOVEMBER TILL FEBRUARY. AND IF YOU STILL HAVENT BEEN PAID I URGE YOU TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY. ALSO STAY AWAY FROM FDI. IT IS THE CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF A PYRAMID. THEY CLAIM TO FIX YOUR CREDIT BUT NOBODY USES IT. THEY CLAIM TO GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON LEGAL SERVICES WHICH IS PRE PAID LEGAL, AND THEY CLAIM TO GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON TRAVEL WHICH IS JUST ANOTHER MLM COMPANY CALLED WORLDVERNTURES. BASICALLY YOUR PAYING THEM TO PLAY MIDDLE MAN. BESIDES HOW EXCITING IS GETTING A $20 CHECK FOR SIGNING A PERSON UP. THAT IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A PYRAMID SCAM. SOMEBODY SIGNS UP AND YOU GET PAID. AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU SIGN UP 5 PEOPLE YOU GET $500 BACK OR YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT IS PAID FOR. THATS BOGUS. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU THOSE RECRUITS HAVE TO BE IN THE BUSINESS FOR 60 DAYS AND YOU STILL WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. FDI IS BUILT ON ONE BIG LIE!!!!
