San Carlos bar's liquor license suspended

The state on Thursday suspended the liquor license of a downtown San Carlos bar that bought alcohol from a retailer instead of a distributor.

Liquor stores should not have to have a license and should not be panalized for buying retail. The government has no right to control such things. I suspect that lobbying and political contributions may be involved.
