How many truly innocent people are being adversley affected by this. If no one does anything, then the terrorism and excessive hometown violence is condoned all the more.

Please..... will from the ACLU monitor the Balt city Police Dept. Those men and women serving, are drowning under intimidation, and unjust pressure for unconstitutional acts, from their command.

The ACLU doesn't care about victims of crime. It's not part of their agenda. Their sole purpose is the destruction of this nation. They are more of a threat than Al Quida ever will be. Somewhere along the line, these terrorists were given legitemcy and that's when the moral fiber of our country began to decline.

They can't survive unless they sue someone for something. The American Criminal Lovers Union was just destroyed in the racial profiling lawsuit against the state police. They took some bs settlement to shut up and go away. This will end the same way.

I don't hate the Constitution. Why would you say that? Are you somehow saying that the ACLU is the defender of the Constitution? There is an important part of the Constitution that is too often overlooked, especially by them, which is that people have rights as long as they don't violate the rights of others.

The victims are the Quakers. Opening files on people committed to nonviolence: another mind-boggling waste of taxpayer money.

Mr. Parkville gets it... and doesn't get it at the same time.

Fascinating.

Amendment I to the Constitution of the United States of America states:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Maybe because it is an amendment to the Constitution is why some of the cretins think it is not part of the Constitution? That's the only reason I can think of that certain cretins think the government can spy on its own citizens for any reason, or no reason at all, whenever it wants to. And they think that people peaceably assembling is a plot to overthrow the cretin's government, even if that government is not governing in accordance with the Constitution.

I don't necessarily care for the ACLU, but I agree with this lawsuit. All you stupid neo-cons who think nothing matters except the boogie man (Al Qaeda), listen:

Who cares about terrorists attacking America, if there's no America left? If you keep allowing Hitler (whom you elected twice at the last two elections) to continue eroding our liberties, there won't be an America left.

The only person I know who "hates our freedom" is George Bush and supporters.

Being subjected to spying or search and seizure without the law enforcement agency getting a court ordered warrent violates the fourth amendment. Spying on Quakers places the Republicans in the same place as the Communist Stashi of East Germany.
Democracy represents the peaceful revolution, the attempt to prevent peaceful revolution by any means represents tyranny. Especially brainwashing "Useful idiots" For government agents to join a peace movement and by so joining, attempt to dictate the direction the peace movement should go, so that it either becomes ineffective or useless is the worst form of tyranny. But it represents the kind of political redirection practiced by the communists. For any outsider to enter someone else's political activist group with the intention of destroying it is treason against democracy and should carry the same penalty. The government does not enter political activist groups with the intention of surveilance but with the intent of "agent procature'If the freedom of speech can only be protected by a stromtrooper movement then government becomes down to a choice of bullies.

Nothing like the ACLU getting all you conspiracy theorists up in arms. Grow up already. If you aren't causing any problems you don't have anything to worry about. They were watched in a Public Place!! Anyone can film you in PUBLIC areas. Do any of you have a clue how many times in a single day you are caught on surveillance cameras? Lighten up. The ACLU must be short on cash, thats why another loser lawsuit.
