Explosives at post offices prompt Ohio evacuations

ATHENS: Authorities say they have evacuated the downtowns of two small towns in southeast Ohio after the discovery of what appeared to be unexploded pipe bombs outside the local post offices.

As a former resident of Guysville/Stewart area I seriously doubt that it was "terrorists" of any kind, nor was it Hocking College students. Too far away. More than likely it was a local crank raising hell.
