Akron mother who hid children charged

An Akron mother who tried to hide her children from authorities was located and arrested Monday night, police said.

Hopefully she'll get the help she needs to reunite her family. At least she didn't have her kids in a cage like some people in Ohio (I won't mention race because I promised myself not to go there today).

What a load of crap. You don't know there wasn't any abuse. Children's Services had an emergency order of custody. You would be the type to start screaming loudly on why Children's Services didn't step in and remove the children if she killed one of the kids.

"Summit County Children Services investigated this case after receiving allegations of abuse and neglect"

They did mention that they received reports of abuse although it never says whether it's physical or another kind. Either way the woman should never be able to bring anymore kids in this world and whether the children go back to her eventually is another question. However the judge should make a decision to have the kids renamed so they can grow up without being picked on for having goofy names.

Gosh dang it. Those poor children. The WNIR radio news talked about drug abuse in the home being the reason for removal. The ABJ never mentioned it here?

I have no idea what the situation is regarding this mother and her children.
The media is only going to tell you what they want you to know.
My prayer is for the mother to get herself together for herself and for her children.
CSB is not always the best answer

I know of foster homes that have WAY to many kids in them...yet CSB continues to place children in these homes.
I could write more about our lovely CSB...but what good would it do?
Especially since there is no other system than can compete with them for the best care of our children.

She may need help with parenting skills, and she may need someone in her life to encourage her and let her know she is a worthwhile human being.
