Save the tax payers money. Forget the "legal process" and re-instate the firing squad for this guy. The lines of volunteers would be long. Common sense shows this guy came back to the Officer's cruiser, not waiting for Officer to approach him. Shots fired in a downward direction is not just murder, it is an execution. Where is Josh's "legal process"

Give it a rest already--what happened in Akron is a drunk idiot with a gun refused to listen to the officers commands, pulled the gun out of his shorts and pointed it at them and they fired on him, as they should. This is backed by his son, who did listen to the officers and is alive today. So he has now left 12 children to drain our welfare system even more so that the taxpayers can take care of them.

What happened in Twinsburg is a wonderful man was murdered in cold blood by a reckless fool who is now claiming self defense--give me a break--they should just fry him now. He does not deserve any due process or any respect for that matter.

This article makes my heart ache even more for Josh and his family. To know that this cold blooded murderer shot him while he was already down is horrible!! Rest in Peace Josh, and I will pray that God looks over your family!

When I saw this post yesterday, I thought that it was idiotic. However, after thinking about it, there is some truth to it. If race can be brought to the forefront instead of the other issues that concern the electorate, Mr. Obama is placed at a disadvantage. If the focus can be further redirected to some highly emotional black on white crimes, fear can spread like a California wildfire through the electorate which is approximately seventy per cent white. That will not help Mr. Obama's candidacy.
