Somaliland? No, So-Mafi-land

There are 3 comments on the American Chronicle story from Jul 13, 2008, titled Somaliland? No, So-Mafi-land. In it, American Chronicle reports that:

As long expected, the lawless entity Somaliland turned out to be something between Mafia villages in Sicily, 1930 Old Chicago Town or early 19th century Far West.

Hi there !

I noticed that Officers Mahamed Ismael Hersi(red guy and Mahamoud Doualeh Hersi organized criminal activities inside Hargeisa Police.
In fact, they traget foreigners for financial reasons and khats with impunity. Red guy offered to her daughter electronic equipment and some stolen women clothes stolen by the criminals on May, 24th 2008 in Hargeisa.

Hargeisa police were generally ineffective, underpaid, and corrupt, arbitrary arrest and detention, rape, extortion, looting and harassment.

Prison conditions remained harsh and life-threatening in all regions of the country.
Overcrowding, poor sanitary conditions, lack of access to health care, and inadequate food and water persisted in prisons throughout the country.
Abuse by guards was common. Detainees clans were expected to pay the costs of detention.

Oh Hargeisa ! Oh lawless city !

A bon entendeur Salut !

We know Hargeisa is a lawless city. In fact, the Mayor of Hargeisa, criminal Jiciir ordered to torture thousand innocents people and he sent them to Mandherra prison without any trial under the emergency decree. People are in prison after a phone conversation between various officials, and these officials also use the prison after whom they have private quarrels.

Revolution is coming soon in Hargeisa.
