I've known a number of gay men and lesbians over the years who were small business owners and they were very open about only hiring gay and lesbian employees and never hiring a str8 employee.
I also rememebr a gay bar in New York years ago that was sued for not allowing black patrons.
And I was a regular at a couple of gay bars over the years, and they had an iron rule about not allowing females into the bar, despite the illegality of such a policy.
