Stop Fking up my air and everyone elses KOOKS. Try thinking past your ass. Their are much more jobs to be had moving FORWARD than BACKWARD into the dark ages. Who the heck taught these people that the air was for anyone to destroy? These people dont even know the meaning of COMMONS. Air is not only one of them, but the most important one.

The enforcement of AB 32 will cause an economic disaster for California that will keep other states from passing such legislation, and probably do more harm for the cause than it will help the environment.
Points to ponder on AB 32 / Prop 23:
° AB 32 is not a pollution law, it is a global warming law, but it won’t have any effect on global warming.
° Prop 23, in spite of fear-mongering by opponents, does not repeal any clean-air laws. It does not increase local pollution.
° CARB over-estimated diesel emmisions by 340%. What else have they over-estimated?
° Key CARB personnel caught lying about credentials and then failing to reveal this after it is discovered internally before AB 32 passed, until after AB 32 passed. What else are they lying about and with-holding?
° Sacramento State University reports estimated cost of $3734 per year per family due strictly to AB 32.
° CARB has admitted that California alone cannot have an impact on reducing global warming and CO2 emissions.
° US EPA acknowledges that US action alone will not impact the world CO2 levels;
° US EPA (11 July 2010) said that bills in Congress will not reduce the total use of gas and oil of 20 million gallons per day for decades.
° LAO (CA Legislative Analyst Office) stated: CA economy at large will be adversely affected by implementation of climate-related policies that are not in place elsewhere.(Letter to Dan Logue, 13 May 2010)
° Even CARB’s own economic experts have recognized the fact that jobs will be lost because of AB 32. In fact, they recommend establishing a “Worker Transition Program” to provide assistance to people who lose their jobs because of AB 32 regulations.
° AB 32 does nothing for local pollution, nor does Proposition 23 do anything to increase local pollution.
When the loudest objections to any candidacy or initiative are focused on vilifying its financial backers, this often indicates that its opponents’ arguments on its merits are weak.
Vote yes on Prop 23 and suspend AB32.
...what is it about fraud, don't you understand? this is why food prices up, gas, etc. everything, cause the nutty epa, is destroying the economy in ca. the last thing i want for ca. is more un-employment! wise up!!!

not to mention destroying our coasts multi billion dollar tourist economy.

tourism spreads money around alot better than oil profits?? right?

but you dont want profits spread around to ordinary people, because you are a greedy, self interetsted rebuttlicker!!

I feel sorry for you because the true stripes of your party's platform are now showing.....and people are GETTING TURNED OFF QUICK!!

if it was up to you guys??? wed have NO protections for workers and NO weekends either, because you people HATE collective bargaining.

i dont blame america for not settling down to the issues...

they were just insulted in a huge WAY by one of the candidates....

he insulted the poor, the middle class, latinos and blacks all in one sweet hidden video!!

not to mention telling all his prospective jewish voters that he will kick the can down the road to the future in regards to the palastinian isreal conflict. not smart!!

I, like many knew that it was impossible for mitt to be elected president, because he JUST COUlD NOT connect with blue colar rust belt voters in wisc, PA, michigan and ohio.
never mind that I knew he would gaffe like this, at some point anyways!!

and he went on to hire the voucherize medicare guy as his running mate.!!!

DID you guys SEE PAUL ryan trying to explain to the AARP crowd, that repealing Obama care and voucherizing medicare for(for the next generation when they retire)is a great idea???

he practiaclly got booed off the stage by a confrence room full of people OVER 55.!!!

between that and the israel comments???....good luck winning in florida!!

it is always great when a gold water style republican goes off the deep end in the fall.....

so entertaining!!

it is when the we can remind the rest of AMerica why we have never embraced mitt romneys(or rick santorum) values.....

to have a chance in 16'???

the republicans must divorce themselves from social issues, and focus mainly on budgetary issues.

they must rebrand themselves and reembrace those they drummed out of the party(see C.christ and Jeb) because of the tea party orthodoxy that swept in party in 10'

non-governing in congress(with regards to jobs legislation) will not raise their approval rating, which is in the toilet....

if they continue to roadblock every thing???

their politcial careers wil be tossed aside in 14' and 16'.....

I feel sorry for them, but heir ideology is based 50 years in the past......

and america seems to want to move ahead....

The interesting fact that not only do American's oppose carbon taxes, the Senate voted unanimously to oppose Europe's new carbon taxes:

Senate votes to shield U.S. airlines from EU's carbon scheme

By Valerie Volcovici
WASHINGTON | Sat Sep 22, 2012 4:27pm EDT
(Reuters)- The Senate unanimously passed a bill on Saturday that would shield U.S. airlines from paying for their carbon emissions on European flights, pressuring the European Union to back down from applying its emissions law to foreign carriers.
The European Commission has been enforcing its law since January to make all airlines take part in its Emissions Trading Scheme to combat global warming, prompting threats of a trade fight.

The Senate approved the bill shortly after midnight, as it scrambled to complete business to recess ahead of the November 6 congressional and presidential elections....

you seem to be the one who thinks the sky is falling.

all Ive heard from you is typical undereducated hysterical rants from the right(faux news victim)

are we really turning into a communist country??

do you know what a communist county is??

it is where the state HAS ownership of ALL industries..

not just .3 percent of them.

socialism has been in place here in america, as a mechanism for wealth redistribution, your while life and that of your parents.

pure capitalism doesnt work too well for the masses.

yet the masses are where the wealthy derive their wealth.

thus we have to take care of the middle class, since the demand of the middle class is what fuels the economy??

yes??

or do you have it all upside down??

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Gemini

Today's Full Moon, a Lunar Eclipse, will have a big impact on your relationships during the next few months, so stand by. If the cracks have been starting to show in a partnership, this could be when they turn into major fault lines that demand action. Can they be repaired or do they spell the end of the line? It may feel like a crisis but that doesn't mean it really is one, so don't over-react.
