"Today we are transplanting for our winter garden. Kale, today we are doing all kinds of kale," Louisa Aronow, activities director, explains to the clients seated, some in wheelchairs, around a glass-topped table on the outside patio of United Health Care, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility on South Dora Street.
