Snowbirds flaunt $1M kickback to IRS

Snowbirds in Scottsdale are under investigation for money laundering, fraud, bribery, & tax evasion after Mayor Sam Katz of Winnipeg claimed to have paid $1 million cash for a home in Scottsdale owned by relative of Shindico Realty, a company based out of Winnipeg.
A notarized Special Warranty Deed indicates Katz only paid "Ten Dollars, and other valuable consideration" for the Scottsdale home, suggesting a possible kickback for numerous untendered contracts received by Shindico from City Hall in Winnipeg. This was not a smart move on their part. News travels fast in the Information Age.
