"Anthony Bologna, 48, and his son, Michael Bologna, 19, were pronounced dead at the scene of Sunday's shooting. Another teenage son -- Matthew Bologna -- was being treated for life-threatening wounds at San Francisco General Hospital. A third son who was in the car escaped shaken but uninjured.

The San Francisco Chronicle, quoting a relative, said the boys and their father were returning from a family BBQ in Fairfield when the shooting occurred."

Do you know these people, SCco? Is anyone not named Jones or Smith automatically Mexican?

Sounds like a terrible tragedy.

Look at above link. The person Ramos is hear illegally and was confirmed to be a part of the MS-13 gang as reported on our local news here in the SF Bay Area. My friend on the San Francisco Police force said it is estimated that almost 1/3 of California's prisoners are illegals and that illegals are committing right now the most violent crimes. We need to enforce our immigration laws at once no matter where an illegal is from no favors for anyone if you are here illegally.

The bad part is that this will continue and does not seem that the city's people can do anything about it. I wish someone there would sue the city and change things. I know it is not the good peoples fault of San Francisco, but did these scum bags get into the city's gov.

The city of san francisco actually ran a TV add campaign starring gavin newsom welcoming illegals and guaranteeing them freedom from deportation. Looks like it just exploded in their face.

That's why they should be jailed until they are no longer strong enough to sneak back in.

I'd like to see a state constitution amendment that allows citizen victims, harmed by an illegal alien, to sue personally any public figure or entity who encourages illegal entry/or fails to turn over illegals to ICE. On top of life time earnings and punitive damages, private citizens, like this poor woman, could sue for pain and suffering. This would include the sheriffs, mayors, judges, supervisors, senators, representatives--every single one of them.

A wrongful death lawsuit should be no problem. In this case a 200 million dollar settlement or more can be expected

I wish there was a way American citizens, that have had family members killed by illegal aliens, could band together and sue the hell out of our government. This has just got to stop! We, the American people, haven't anyone in government, that STANDS UP FOR US!

THIS is what comes of the permissive and dismissive approach to illegal immigration.

This person had been arrested TWICE for felonies and released before he committed this heinous murder.

And, to see Willie Brown on Fox News yesterday try to lay the blame for this incident on a failed immigration policy is nauseating.

I have said this time and time again... Enforce the laws uniformly and these criminal acts will simply stop.

Again, US citizens need to demand the answer to WHY laws are NOT enforced uniformly or at all for that matter.

Where are all the yahoo's from this blog who, on other threads, are decrying the poor plight of the illegals? C'mon, I want to here from you on this one...

I know the victims will probably have a helluva tort as pertains to public entities. I don't know California law as pertains to public officials being sued personally.

What's happening in San Frannutso?
