Are you kidding me?! I already spend $400+ every month in gas just to commute back & forth to work. Now the state wants to charge me for each mile I drive as well. This is absolutely absurd!!!

Just another example of Washington State Governments inability to adhere to the same rules as the taxpayer of living within a budget & income of the State and desperately looking at any reason for over taxation of it's citizens. Our illustrious legislature and State Government has repealed the 2/3s vote by the people on taxation, and then brought in the court to have the last one overturned. The people have voted NO not once but two or three times. So much for voting. Enough said about this overtaxed state and the respect they have lost by me. Taxation by the miles driven is just another typical example.

Well, I hope this hits the Prius-tools extra hard, LOL. Nothing is a better way to identify a liberal than seeing someone inside one. Even a "I love Dianne Feinstein" bumper sticker is less likely to identify someone as a hard core lib, LOL

I agree..what the heck is the gas tax about? Now they want to charge us more? This will kill me and my career. I'm on the road 50 percent of my office time. It can be over 250 miles per week. State is safe...I am a individual consultant and won't pay unemployment. Another unemployed individual, with wife and children, that loses their house because the state gets greedy. I hope the state it happy! Bastards! Bastards! Bastards!

I agree. We are already paying for the gas tax so what does our leadership in government want? More revenue due to their inability to live within their, State government to award freebies to get reelected, means? Enough is enough! We, the citizens, can't take any more! It's time to think of those that actually pay the taxes versus those that don't. Enough is enough! Believe me, we can't take any more!

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Cancer

Today's Full Moon will have a powerful impact on your health during the next few months. Maybe this is the spur you need to inspire you to take better care of yourself, such as improving your diet, getting more exercise or finally consulting the doctor about something that's worrying you. It will also be the end of a chapter connected with your work, but don't fret because this ending will lead on to a new beginning.
