This article was very interesting and highly informative. I think it's important for the journals of history that things be researched to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of what is taught in schools. Furthermore, it's crucial that we not forget and never allow this to happen again. Sadly, these types of atrocities continued to happen though in Rwanda, Somalia, and Darfur.
As for the individual claiming that "Holocaust stories" are being "shoved down his throat", I couldn't disagree more. You're capable of making the choice whether to read the article or not; hence, it's was your choice to read it (if you even did). Just because you choose to blind yourself to historical events and accuracy, that sounds like a personal problem on your part. |
