South Sudan government must not forget that the oil constructure is set up by the NCP regime and it is not fair to make it theirs in whole manner!!it will be wise to co-operate in order to maintain recent system of exporting through Bashayer terminal instead of pumping a lot of money lining a new pipes across Kenya.that means they must come to a deal without complicating much talking.
