Well, since we passed joint commission, I guess nothing will change. So, it's time to find another life.

What's this all about?

its about some other admin lackey who decided that discrimination could be contained. They forgot all about the feds at EEOC and simply circumvented ESH policies.

When this blows you will definitely hear all about it!

Sorry, I can't say anymore about it - don't want to give anybody at ESH a headsup! They are already scrambling looking for a way out!

You mean the higher levels of administration will put jobs on the line to cover for their favorite underlings when they screw up ? That sounds kinda corrupt. I heard Karl Rove is gonna be looking for employment. I'm sure he'd fit right in between the office tart and the guy with that Andy Warhol hairdo.

Doc, do you have any idea if those cannibals can be put on retainer?
<quoted text>
I doubt they'd allow themselves to be paraded into such a situation. Even though they coat themselves in redclay, whirls of white paint and have filed their teeth down to needle-sharp points, along with a appetite for human flesh, I have to say I've never met another cannibal tribe with better taste . Oh what they can do with a bad cut of meat. That's why we were kinda fearful. But alas we can put those fears aside.

Good people for the most part, just make sure you visit after dinner.

So the word is they lost the appeal and have to come up with close to 400 grand apiece to help fit the bill.

Yes, the court information says the final judgement is effective 6/11/09. I guesss that means the request for appeal was denied???
I hope they had insurance

What goes around..........

The state is laying off workers, eliminating social programs, increasing taxes, you name it. So why continue to bare the burden of these two by paying off their debt and giving them a pay check too?

Well at least there are good employees left who are there to care for the residents and not to be part of King John's corrupt Court.

For many JF is just a name to be scoffed at. He is rare to be seen about of late.

I'd keep a low profile too! The rest of the administration are leading themselves hoping that they can stay above the fray. It would surprise me to hear JF is retiring and is simply staying on until a replacement can be found. That might be a ways off since you don't have a medical dir., nursing dir and seem to be sharing a HR dir. with another facility.

Yes, thank goodness for the staff who despite not receiving the best of treatment from immediate superviors still show up to care for the people that matter.

Please take gern/lessismore back, if he retires, he will be all over the NEWS here.#349 #350
Sounds like a huge screw up, didn't the Doctor's
have Errors and Ommissions Insurance....if not why. Folks this needs to be overseen by someone who knows, if a professional is sued, they should have had in place the necessary insurance for errors or otherwise.

JF is not a Doctor he's an administrator. I guess he figured he didn't need any insurance to ride rough shot over the lives of state employees!

I want to see him pull this rabbit out the K-Mart hat!
