The single best thing I ever did to achieve my resolutions was to get a mentor (I used a site online, FTRnation.com ). That way I would have no excuse for failure, and they kept me grounded in the 'why' rather than the 'end', which helped me learn not to stress during the process. The reason I chose them was a quote on their site that changed my life. It said 'The definition you’ve placed on yourself – or have allowed others to place on you – is precisely why you have what you have, do what you do, are what you are and act how you act.' It woke me up, and as a result I created a bigger purpose and goal, and I'm getting massive results. I wish I did it sooner! Anything that supports people achieve their purpose and goals is a very noble thing!
