Psychology seems to attract simpletons for some reason. The payscale alone opens a door on the people so bad at their own art they cannot manipulate a good salary out of the system. So are most of these people idiots that could not function in another field?

Seriously what kind of people go into a field that starts at $28k/per year with a master's degree? That's a pathetic starting wage for an associate degree or even a cheesy certification.
Are they that hellbent on helping people or are they a little nutty themselves?
