Very nice : "Researchers at the University of Karachi (KU) Department of Pharmacology have conducted intensive studies on honey and have discovered that it would have therapeutic effect in case of inflammation, platelet aggregation, blood coagulation and impaired glucose hemostasis. Additionally it was found that honey can prevent heart attacks as well as strokes (attacks of paralysis)."
You must have good honey for therapy. Ours is a mixture of different honeys and pasteurized when we buy in the supermarkets in plastic bottles. They treat honey in USA like a syrup from a factory.
Thanks for this post :)
