converting 10% povidone Iodine to 0.05% povidone iodine

Hello all! I am having this solution of 10% povidone iodine and needing to use this solution to dress this open wound. I am told to dilute this solution with saline so that the resultant concentration for the diluted solution is only 0.05%. I am thinking of using the MV=M'V' formula to find the answer. where the M is the molarity and the V is the volume. however I'm stuck, since i donot know the molarity for the povidone iodine. Can anybody give me a suggestion please?
Thank you kindly.
