benzyl alcohol and ethanol question

I have been given a formulation where benzyl alcohol and ethanol are given in weight form (mg) that are to be mixed with peanut oil. All suppliers that I've contacted can only supply these in liquid form. Question is, will benzyl alcohol and ethanol dissolve in the oil in a liquid form? Or must they be purchased in powder form as the formulation suggests?
