First off 'warp speed' doesn't exist since nothing known can travel faster than light. Second, wormholes only occur on a quantum level and they are extremely unstable. Furthermore, they end in unknown destinations so it is fairly implausible that we would be able to choose our destination, also the wormhole would have to be thousands of light-years across to safely transport an object the size of a human. Do you know how much energy it would require to hold open such a wormhole? There is no way we could invent such technology before the earth is a wasteland, so we basically take action on improving the environment now or the future looks bleak.
Wormholes exist only in the wildest fantasy of theoretical physics.= 99% not!
And nothing known can travel faster than light is in conflict with the theories appertaining to the first seconds of the 'Big bang theory, and the theory of instant energy transfer.

Hey guys, about the terraforming of another planet to "escape" to. Consider this,.. if our ability was that refined, we would repair our own planetary systems and ozone layers before fleeing our home planet. We're already here, no transportation problem for manpower or materials.

If mankind ever terraforms another planet it will be for expansion and research, not escape from a dying earth.

Technology will grow, but interplanetary space travel will never be feasible unless man finds a way to manipulate space and time.
