"About a quarter of the oil evaporated or dissolved in the warm Gulf waters, the same way sugar dissolves in water, federal officials said."
REALLY?? Oil now dissolves in water? Just how stupid does our idiotic government think we are?

This is suspicious. I bet in a month we will hear how the oil made it into the gulf stream and will start showing up in other areas.

They state that...."And a federal report being released today indicated that only about a quarter of the spilled oil remains in the Gulf and is degrading quickly, with the rest having been contained, cleaned up or otherwise disappeared."

Now,HOW exactly does oil just "dissappear"? Does it evaporate as they claimed? Nope...oil spots in the parking lots are months to years old.It doesn't just evaporate.I am pretty confident in saying that this oil that has "dissappeared" has either: sunk to the sea floor in tar balls, been swept out into the ocean current to further be distributed to other places in the ocean,etc...Sure,they got alot of it cleaned up,but, suffice it to say,oil doesn't just "dissappear".
How stupid and uneducated do they think people really are??
