Within a few years, global temperatures would return to levels of 250 years ago, before the industrial revolution began dumping carbon dioxide into the air, trapping heat and causing temperatures to rise.
Just what the northern hemisphere needs, a return to LIA temperatures.

7. Strengthening earth system governance

The multilateral system must be reformed to cope with the
defining challenges of our time, namely transforming humanity’s
relationship with the planet and rebuilding trust between people
and nations. Global governance must be strengthened to respect
planetary boundaries and to support regional, national and local
approaches. We should:

• Develop and strengthen institutions that can integrate the
climate, biodiversity and development agendas.

• Explore new institutions that help to address the legitimate
interests of future generations.

Has anyone stopped to consider what that means?
Just take a look and see for yourself:

Global Governance has always been what AGW is about. It hasn't ever been about anything else. Left-wing politics have always been behind it. Anyone who can't see this, isn't paying attention.

I did a short investigation (Wikipedia) and came up with the following albeit incomplete list of geoengineering schemes:

•Sulfur aerosols sprayed in stratosphere
•Ocean iron fertilization
•Marine cloud brightening
•Deforestation of snowy landscapes to expose snow and reflect sunlight
•Tiny metal flakes added to jet fuel
•Adding silicon compounds to jet fuel
•Ships spraying seawater to create clouds
•Billions of aluminized, hydrogen balloons to reflect sunlight
•Orbiting mirrors space mirrors.
•Mining moon dust to create a shielding cloud
•Orbiting space lenses
•Biochar - Turn the rainforest into charcoal and bury it.
•Electric trees

Hmmmm, I guess I like Mining Moon Dust the best, although cutting down the rain forests and burying them as charcoal may not roll off the tongue as well, but it's right in there in the running along with the Electric Trees.

As Rush Limbaugh says, you can't make this stuff up.
