Antarctic sea ice melting as ocean heat rises
Global warming is sneaky. For more than a century it has been hiding large amounts of excess heat in the world's deep seas.

Where do these people come up with this garbage? Are these people insane or just ignorant of reality? Sea Ice in the Antarctic has been INCREASING and has been running at record high levels compared to the past 30+ years of the satellite era.
Take a look here at http://arctic.atmos.uiuc.edu/cryosphere/IMAGE... and see the reality.

Resolving the Paradox of the Antarctic Sea Ice
"Our finding raises some interesting possibilities about what we might see in the future. We may see, on a time scale of decades, a switch in the Antarctic, where the sea ice extent begins to decrease," said Judith A. Curry, chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Georgia Tech.
"Interesting 'possibilities' about what we 'might' see in the future."
"We 'may' see."
Don't you just love Judith's positive thinking?

Sitting here pondering the plight of our Carbon Dioxide enriched oceans.
-oceans which are getting so warm that they are melting ice,
-ocean's rising sea levels and
has made me thirsty so I went to the kitchen to fix myself a cocktail.
Upon returning to my musings I found myself pondering my
Carbon Dioxide enriched cherry-cola and noticed that (unlike the oceans) it appeared to get colder as the ice melted.
Now I added another ice cube and (low and behold) the level of my beverage became alarmingly high! Dangerously close to a possible catastrophic event as I carried it back.
But guess what ...it got colder yet.
Now the reason I added the ice in the first place was to slow down the tendency for the CO2 to 'gas-off'. I have noticed that warmer liquids (unlike the oceans) cannot retain as much CO2 as is capable of cold liquids.
These observations are getting curiouser and curiouser.
It does seem impossible to believe ...as it flies in the face of Contemporary Orthodox Climatology.
