It is one of the primary functions of her job to visit all dioceses in the church.

I may have to go see her this weekend. Of course I will put on the full armor of God because if she holds true to her inclinations there will be nothing but heresy preached.

Man, you are sick. If I thought you were cynically joking, I would have a good chuckle with you about this.

But, I think you mean it.

You have judged; prejudged actually. So, be judged for your own heresies and poisonous mindset.

I do mean it. She has publicly stated heresies that have been posted here and which you could not defend.

You sound like you are a member of a cult and I just questioned your leader. Oh wait TEC, The Episcopal Cult.

They are in the western part of the state. I will go alone to see the Presiding Heretic.

"Corporate Salvation" comes to mind, from her opening speech to the last General Convention.

Or was she just quoting Obama's "Liberation Theology"?

Have you had your Anti-Episcopalian Cooties vaccination shot?

I wonder what will happen when you as an open heathen stands in her presence.

LOL!- Idol worship is a forbidden practice and yet you think a series of books has the divine property of being perfect and without error. That is funny. An object being perfect. A material created thing equal to the Holy Spirit. It just keeps getting funnier and funnier on planet Think Again in the universe of LCMS.

"Corporate Salvation?"

You mean the Church as the "Body of Christ?" I wonder who came up with that idea? Wink. Wink.

Clueless Joe and Terminal Abatement. What a pair! Now all we need is for WonderWot the Lazarusian to pipe in. Then we would have the local reincarnation of the "Wrongway Triumvirate" as Disciples of Wrongway Corrigan.

No, as Obama said, "my salvation depends on yours," and vice versa.
Or haven't you been paying attention to him?

Nice deflection but it doesn't work.

Matthew 7:22-24 (New International Version,©2011)

22 Many will say to me on that day,‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly,‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

So?

I wouldn't travel a block to hear someone I thought was a heretic.

Addicted, alone and not of Jesus.

You are the good little worker of the accuser..........

How can they nor understand the Body of Christ?

Did their beloved Paul even get a lesson on that?

Perhaps if they met that person they claim to believe in but have never experienced they'd change that accusatory tune.

They've certainly got a lot of experience accusing!

I'll continue to defend, as Jesus taught and believe that we'll be known by our Love..........

Isn't the Body of Christ all those who have accepted Him through faith? Isn't this individual? You put the cart before the horse.

Yes, they do have a lot of experience accusing. Too much. In fact, it is obvious that for some, such accusing has become an obsessive habit.

Many do not understand that Christ Jesus does not withhold His love, except as it may be misunderstood by the self-righteous to enable the disparaging and destruction of defenseless innocence. Instead, it is our own intensely practiced habitual refusal to accept His love that keeps us away. For some, this compulsive rejection will cost them dearly. As He said, he won't know them.

Such habitual refusal is often a form of fear which rises out of an attempt to calculate how much sin is going to be acceptable at Judgment Day and whose sin is the greater.

There is only One Way.

Practice, Hold and Generate Love, in order to meet Love with Love.

Love is Light. Light is Life.

There is dignity. There is respect. There is courage. There is attainment. There is humility. All of these are aspects of our righteousness in our humanity. But, there are also subtle and not so subtly made-up distinctions which each of us uses to justify our gulfs of fear.

Many Blessings to you, my friend. And, may your foundation of Grace in the Love of Christ Jesus be ever more firmly established.

Rev. Ken

I know what I said and what I meant. The question is do you? Does Matthew 7: 22-24 fit into your "corporate salvation" theology?
