Biofouling growth rates

im currently studying marine turbines and the biofouling that grows on them. im looking for an equation that can show how the growth rate of a foulling organism is dependant on temperature of hte sea and the currents in that area. ive searched the internet but have found nothing usefull can anybody help? thanks
