Very confusing. My oncologist at the Mayo Clinic told me my blood profile showed my Vitamin D as too high and told me to quit taking my supplement.

above is correct' note; well; most people now days do not get enough regular sunshine' so good quality lighting in the home helps improve most peoples vitamin D levels as well as eating fish and margarine'
