Use of immersion oil gets leached into the lens and goes inner to the lens glass, makes the blur vision through it. to clear this problem, the lens must be separated carefully placed in a cushion of muslin cloth. the lens are directed in particular position which must be noted before taking out, and only cleaned with lens paper, if there is extra burden of immersion oil wipe with absolute alcohol dipped lens paper. all the parts of the lens are separable as screwing of the bottle cap(the opposite direction). during the cleaning of the lens the position of the lens glass is very important, else the view will be affected....thats the way i clean in lab, if any mistakes anyone finds please suggest and correct me
