Why do they have to make predictions at all? No one knows what is going to happen in the future, not by historic patterns or by what they think might happen! Hurricanes Are No Surprise, 3-5 day warnings is plenty of time for people to prepare for it's arrival, if it comes! Predictions Do More Harm Than Good, they give people either false security or false Alarm! If organizations want to make public predictions they should be made to pay a penalty when they are wrong and compensation for tourism that is lost due to false information!!
