ONly in Oak Ridge could parents think that it's cool that their 11-year-old is gay and he bases his entire identity around his sexual orientation. Sick

Rueben, Yogi, and Tiger Paw--this young boy does not deserve to be cyber bullied by the ignorance of those that have different opinions, faith, religion, or values. He has experienced hate and bullying from his school and DOES NOT NEED NOR DESERVE to be be cyber bullied. All of you should be ashamed and mind your own business.

His family should have said no to this story. Just makes it worse for the child. You're a moron.

and by the way, what exactly am I "ignorant" about? Another standard term thrown out by people of your kind to try and make others seem intolerant. Pure BS

Ignorance is defined as a state of being uninformed, which you obviously qualify for due to two reasons. 1) your lack of knowledge regarding this young child and HIS beliefs and 2) for saying "your kind"...WTH does that even mean "your kind"????

you people act like an 11-year-old boy is a man of the world. Even worse, you think he knows about sexuality. How sad and sick.

The next step in the homosexual agenda will be to abolish age of consent laws.

I'm sure you're speaking for all gays, that you "knew about it" when you were wearing diapers. Sorry chief, don't believe it.

We were gay then, yes. Just like you were straight from the start. But neither of us figured it out until later.

Often at puberty, sometimes obvious waaay before.

Simply changing your name doesn't change the irrational hatred and ignorance caused by your mental problems.

Why would you think that it would?

Same irrationality. Same obsessions. Same illness.

Brave child. But I would not allow my children to become the focus of the media at that age. It's hard enough for a child to go through puberty without that, and adding bullying to the mix just makes it harder.

That's why you're at odds with us

Your life experience doesn't match our life experience

So we should explore the underlying reasons you are bothered by gay people
