Hello everyone.
I did a Rockwell Hardness Test on What I have been told is aluminum 6061. Using Rockwell B (low) Hardness Range (30T) and I got a hardness number of 73. I then converted it to Brinell hardness which I got to be 142. I searched Matweb.com trying to find exactly what species of Aluminum 6061 this is. However, I cannot seem to find a match. Does anyone have a suggestion or an answer. maybe I am just not looking in the right place. I would appreciate the help. |
