partial skull or jaw bone found on beach unable to identify

i found this skull or partial jaw bone on the beach in sc. the skull part is dome shaped with a solid boneextending from one end & 2 moveable teeth or beaks on the dome shaped end. dome part is 1 1/2"t 1 1/2"l 1"w tail part 2 3/4"l 3/8"w tapering down to a sharp point no apperent eye scockets top tooth 1/4"l bottom tooth 3/4"l i have photos to help identify
