Thank you for this story. I wish that more people would get prepared. I took a CERT class and am in the process of helping my neighbors get prepared. This is the reality of what will occur in case of a massive earthquake.

There will be looting, and a state of anarchy will prevail on the streets of LA.

Therefore the national guard will be called in and will probably have to resort to shooting looters on the spot. And this is more so in cases where looters congregate around million dollar mansions and such.
