NeighborWorks of Grays Harbor County is now serving a limited number of homeowners at risk
of foreclosure in Mason, Jefferson, Clallam, Pacific, Lewis, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz counties.
The funds will be loaned to qualified homeowners who have suffered a hardship causing their
mortgage to default. The loan products are either a “rescue loan” to bring your mortgage
current and allow you to resume the existing payments or a “refinance loan” resulting in a new
loan at an affordable payment.
If you are in mortgage default and reside in one of these counties, you can call us toll free at 866-533-7828.
