Any idea of what happened to "blanket", he was really amusing.
He didn't know whether he was on this earth or fullers, but the posts were really hilarious.

Have a nice day: Ag

For the record for the benefit of 1st seal...

This quake occurred on a transform zone along the "West Chile rise" rift zone, and was a simliar type to a San Andreas type quake shuffling the Nazca plate E. with respect to the West Antarctic plate.

Obviously in most cases of transform faults there is little vertical change in the ocean floor level but there is a small amount of "slosh" from water going sideways around hills.

This one had little to do with the major subduction zone Rebound/long duration Mercalli X (r/lx) quake in 1960, but that quake dis cause the Nazca plate to lurch and decompress freeing up movement along the West chile rise making it a mite more "noisy" than in 1950s.

Have a nice day: Ag
