"Relax. It's localized. It's well researched. It will make us all philanthropists. It gives me a boner. It's not close to my house. It won't get me. Screw you if you think otherwse. I feel so safe living in Carlsbad."

Hey, there is a sinkhole and there's nothing they can do about it, so why worry? Besides, who would care?

Uh, there in fact are things that could be done. Ideas and alternatives from around the world regarding sinkholes have been presented at past meetings and have been downplayed if not rejected out of hand by the likes of Veni and his posse. Most of the ideas were from documented successes in the mitigation of sinkholes.

For Veni to toss the concerns of community members aside by telling us that Carlsbad's sinkhole will be our F%#}€|G legacy to the world is dismissive, denigrating and asinine. What an Ass-hat.

As for your last question, PLENTY of people would care! Like everyone living in the southern part of Eddy County and everyone living in the trailer park that will sink. Agra-Empressa wouldn't be really happy nor would the Pilot station. Why don't you ask the folks at Circle S Feed if they might care just a bit. Perhaps the RR and the continuous flow of traffic on 62, 180 and 285 might have some concerns. I'd hazard a guess that the Church that will sink and the family homes close by might actually care more about all this than you might think, not to mention the Farms that are fed by the CID canal that will be completely shut down when the sinkhole sinks. Joel Arnwine's assurances aside, evacuation plans are little more than a packing peanut poot to the people that will be directly affected by this.

So regarding your last question, it's safe to say that all these people and businesses care. Apparently a helluva lot more than the good Dr. Veni does.

Here's the deal. Let's get you all lathered up in peanut oil, and roll your useless flesh through a dozen or so ant beds. Once you are completely covered in fire ants, I would love it if we could hang you, upside down, by your feet, directly over some mating buffaloes. Kinda like the kids hand a pinata and keep lowering it and raising it. Once the buffaloes get done having their way with each other and your face, let's drop you smack dab into the middle of oncoming traffic. If you live, I would be honored to set you down at ground zero on the sink hole and have the fire department repeatedly shoot fireworks at you until it collapses. Deal?

Nice, pat little retort. Pissed that I responded to your initial poop-toss?

Consider who you presume to be "uneducated", stop using the word "retarded" (using it reveals your ignorance and complete lack of compassion) and learn the meaning of "moron" before you prove yourself to be one.

No, they don't.

Thank God! I'd hate being matched with someone that actually uses the word "chump".

I don't dream about dropping my standards to your cretinous low.
