my friend had live-in relation with daughter of his father-sister (her mother is sister of his father). They had two kids. the first kid is mentally retired and second kid is file till now( till the age of 25).

1. In future , is there any possibility that the second kid hit the same issue what his brother has now (mental retirement)?

2. In future, if second kid gets married, is there any possibility that his kids hit the same issue (mentally retired)?
