Great discovery!!!
But,

this de novo mutations is applicable to which category of autism? What does that mean? Is it related more to Aspergers or classic autism or regresive autism or PDD-NOS and the list goes on?

Autism is a big world nowadays! The label "Autism is way too broad to just apply genetic study this simply.

Autism isn't asperger's. Autism isn't PDD-NOS. an autism label doesn't specify criteria of regressive onset to infantile onset.
Autism IS autism.

However, if you think autism is way too broad, you cant have it both ways only to reflect this study. I don't think you relly want to admit autism is too broad LOLOLOLOLOLOL! But boy am I glad you did, I'll bookmark this for the future!
